Clinical / mental health support for adults, children and adolescents who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, unmanaged stress or who need support in managing other issues including a mental health diagnosis
what does our logo mean?
It highlights the significance of connection as part of our mental health – connection to ourselves and to others. To the person you were meant to be. To other people and living things who care about you and whom you care about now and in the future. To meaningful tools that improve your mental health and the mental health of those around you. Connection does not have to be about talking or socialising or communicating like others do, it can mean coregulating with each other in nuanced and often complex ways.
The Whole Story is focused on the valuable differences and diversity across the community and how we each benefit from this diversity when connection, empathy and community are a significant part of our own story. It’s about understanding how you can connect to your community and to your whole self – feeling more validated, connected and safe.
We can each experience unique approaches, ideas and skills while understanding that when we collaborate instead of competing with one another we all benefit.
The Whole Story is about each of our changing and developing narratives, our stories and what we bring to the world. The point of connection can vary but the idea of connection is one of a place to reflect and understand more tomorrow than we do today about ourselves and the world.
The Whole Story is about understanding the things that may be getting in the way of better mental health and giving you tools and information to understand that better
